Performing Arts
Wizard of Oz at The Old Rep Theatre
Year 2–6 pupils had the incredible opportunity to attend a performance of The Wizard of Oz at The Old Rep Theatre. It was a day filled with excitement, wonder, and unforgettable memories for everyone involved! The trip was more than just an outing—it was a chance for the pupils to experience the power of live theatre and witness first-hand the magic of storytelling. We hope it will spark a lifelong love of the arts in all our pupils.
Panto Time. Jack and the Beanstalk
Our Reception and Year 1 pupils were treated to a fun-filled morning with a special in-school pantomime performance of Jack and the Beanstalk! The children were absolutely thrilled to watch this magical panto right here at school, turning our hall into a theatre of laughter and excitement.
Bringing Books to Life through Dance
The entire school took part in a magical Bringing Books to Life dance workshop. It was a fantastic way to combine literacy with physical activity, encouraging pupils to engage with stories in a whole new way. This special event allowed the children to explore the world of books through movement, imagination, and creativity.
