St Saviour’s is really passionate about reading, and we want our pupils to enjoy the fun and pleasure of opening a book. 

Therefore, we are excited to launch our very own Reading Challenge.  Each child has been given targets to work through (these are stuck in their Reading Trackers).  There are 3 levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Everyone will start at the Bronze Level and will have until the end of the Autumn term (December) to complete this level.  Silver and Gold levels will follow in the Spring and Summer Term.

The Silver Level Reading Challenge for the Spring Term has come to a close, and what a fantastic journey it’s been! It was truly heartwarming to celebrate all the children's incredible efforts during our special assembly. 

Congratulations once again to the winners—your dedication and love of reading really shone through. You’ve set a brilliant example for others to follow!

Everyone who took part should feel extremely proud of what they’ve achieved. We hope this challenge continues to inspire even more children to get involved and aim for the next level in future reading adventures.

We’re excited to announce that our Gold Reading Challenge will begin after the Easter break, so get ready to take on the final stage and keep up the fantastic reading!
