Art Curriculum Overview 

At St Saviour's, Art and Design is recognised as an integral and important part of our children’s curriculum.  Art and Design inspires creativity and allows our children the opportunity to develop and enhance their skills. Children are taught to develop their Art and Design techniques by using colour, pattern, texture, line, shape, form, space, drawing, painting and sculpture throughout their time here.

Our aim is for our children to become creative learners and, as teachers, there is an emphasis placed on individuality and children are given the freedom to explore art using their imaginations.
